Why Drinking Cow’s Milk (Including Organic) is Over Rated, Not Natural & Promotes Animal Abuse

It is actually disgusting the amount of people that consume milk on a daily basis having been misled about its supposed ‘health benefits’. Gluten and Dairy Free Bread Review: Living Raw Onion Bread by Pura Vida

Many gluten free breads on the market today are so full of dangerous additives, preservatives and colourants (to name a few), and are so overheated during the cooking process - it means that avoiding gluten is not the only thing we should be worrying about when choosing a bread.

by Amy Morris DNN mFNTP / Founder of Great Health Naturally

Most people are quite aware of the health benefits that consuming Vitamin C can give us, and how it is known especially for strengthening our immune system. Most people also reach for an orange juice carton from the supermarket to help get a good dose of vitamin C. But what if store bought orange juice simply was not giving you much vitamin C at all?
