Returns Info

At Great Health Naturally we want every single customer to be happy with every single order they place with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with any of the products you have received please email us straight away to:

We will get back to you within 24hours and try and resolve the issue. If you do not hear back from us within this time please assume there was a communication failiure and we did not receive the email.

If for any reason you are unhappy with a *product (exceptions below) you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund — less shipping. Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund. Customer is responsible for shipping any unwanted product back to us. Please see return protocol below.

*Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Exceptions we will not take back or refund, unless you receive them damaged, are as follows:

  • Enema bags
  • Castor oil packing fabric
  • Premium Grade Probiotics
  • Pura Vida raw breads

If the complaint is due to a manufacturing fault we will happily give you a refund or send you a replacement free of charge. In some instances we require the item to be sent back to the supplier, simply to be able to resolve the issue and having the originial damaged item can help to do this far more efficiently. (This may be because due to the fact we sell a large number of natural items, sometimes a batch may be slightly different to others i.e. colour, taste or smell).
