Shipping orders to the UK

Several of our items offer free shipping, mainly the Environmental Toothbrush and the Amy-zing 3-in-1 nut milk bag. Other products are shipped directly from the supplier so all customers will be charged their rates for shipping. This is why shipping costs can vary greatly over the site.

If you wish to order several DIFFERENT items, please place your order all the way, until the payment screen pops up. We will then be notified of this and will amend your shipping costs accordingly and email you the new invoice. As our site is not yet able to work out the shipping costs on several different items in store.

We aim to dispatch all orders though between 1-4 working days of receipt of your order, once the item is in stock. If we have all items in stock, your order will be posted within 24hours of receipt of payment. We post all orders between Monday – Friday.

Delivery times will take between 3-10 working days. Once your order leaves our office it is out of our control.

Shipping to Europe & The Rest of the World

Please contact us at info (at) greathealthnaturally (dot) co (dot) uk with a list of items you would like to order, for us to calculate a price based on weight and your country.

When we post your parcel overseas, will also fill in the necessary clearance forms our side before shipping and will attach it to the outside of your parcel. We cannot guarantee your country will allow all items posted to you in their country and cannot guarantee you will not be charged a customs fee to clear the said parcel.

Tracking Numbers for Europe and the Rest of the World

Currently there are no tracking numbers added to the rest of the world and Europe items to be sent.To add a tracking number to your order please email our orders department: orders(at)greathealthnaturally(dot)co(uk) stating “Tracking Number Worldwide” in the email heading, listing your destination and full name in the email body. You will then receive an invoice for £5.00 for this service, to be completed and paid in full before you item can be shipped.

Out of Stock Notification

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to pursue with your order, we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund.
