Why Drinking Cow’s Milk (Including Organic) is Over Rated, Not Natural & Promotes Animal Abuse

It is actually disgusting the amount of people that consume milk on a daily basis having been misled about its supposed ‘health benefits’. The majority of this milk is also taken cows that have been reared by totally unsustainable conventional farming that promote cruelty in farming rather than preventing it.

The majority of people I am sure reading this probably believe that cows milk is healthy and that it comes from happy smiley cows like you see on the ads. Today I am going to break these myths and hopefully offer you some simple reasons why if you currently drink milk, why it might be better that you don’t.

Pukka Ayurveda Firming Face Oil – A Review of Why This Product is So Good

Our face is the one part of the body that gets the most attention and the most money spent on it to help keep it looking young, albeit some is done naturally and some not so. But when choosing your face creams and oils did you know that unless you have already converted to natural and certified organic face care products, you are probably using ones that contain toxic, synthetic industrial chemicals that have been linked to causing allergies and cancer? It is vital you choose wisely because all of the ingredients in skincare products get absorbed directly into your bloodstream.

One product that is not full of any toxic industrial chemicals, and one I would like to recommend highly as a firming face oil suitable for even the most sensitive of skins is Pukka Ayurvada’s Certified … Read More

Tip: How to store fresh broccoli to keep it longer in the fridge

When it comes to buying fresh vegetables, we are all guilty of wasting items from time to time. But simply knowing how to store fresh vegetables and fruit correctly can ensure you do not have to waste any more food before it has gone rotten, but also before it has simply wilted which many people mistakenly think means the vegetable has gone rotten.

My tip today is to ensure you keep your broccoli happy by storing him correctly in the fridge.

Gluten and Dairy Free Bread Review: Living Raw Onion Bread by Pura Vida

Many gluten free breads on the market today are so full of dangerous additives, preservatives and colourants (to name a few), and are so overheated during the cooking process - it means that avoiding gluten is not the only thing we should be worrying about when choosing a bread.

I live a gluten and dairy free lifestyle and have done for about 3years. I have found many challenges along the way with this lifestyle, not only with trying to ensure these ingredients are not in the food items I buy, but ensuring I am actually getting a healthy gluten and dairy free food item at that.

The gluten free breads I have tried on the UK market, have been quite bland and always full of nonsense ingredients that take away … Read More
