I am quite frankly so tired of people still in this day and age saying they want ‘low fat’ this, and ‘no fat’ that, when it comes to food. Even the supermarkets sill use these phrases as a ploy to get you to buy their food as they no it will make the consumer think that specific food item is healthier than others on the shelves. But the truth of the matter is if we avoid the fats we do need, we are inviting in many chronic diseases like Alzheimer’s and cancer.
