Whilst visiting my very first regenerative farm recently, Usana Farm in Stellenbosch, South Africa, I took some stunning photos and obtained some great footage of the animals living harmoniously on the farm. To view this video on YouTube click here.
I visited the farm so I could interview the two brothers who run the farm for my new Podcast: Great Health Naturally. In the podcast and in the video, you will see that regenerative farming plays an important part in keeping our planet healthy, the animals that live here healthy and us the humans healthy. This type of farming is worlds apart from conventional farming, which is extremely problematic for the planet and all that live on it!
