Functional medicine nutrition focuses on the person as a whole with organs and body parts that work together, instead of focusing on a named disease and treating only that.

In functional medicine nutrition, you will be given a truly personalised health and wellness plan based on your client questionnaire, lifestyle, eating patterns, lab values and more!

Functional medicine nutrition uses nutrition and lifestyle science as medicine, as our health is made up of everything, not just the food we eat.

Please have to hand your new client questionnaire and your 3 day food, mood and poop journal for us to review together.

A comprehensive programme of support over time, that moves you the client forward in your health and wellbeing.

Programmes offer more accountability, more commitment and investment from you the client helping you to achieve your health goals in a realistic time frame with consistent structured consultations. Whereas with pay as you go appointments, health goals are rarely achieved due to not having the same level of commitment.

NB: All programmes are 12 week in length and must be completed within 18 weeks or run the risk of sessions being forfeited.

Currently, all my consultations are done online via Zoom or Skype call. If you want to do the call on a mobile phone this also can be arranged in some instances.

I require at least 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations. If you wish you change your appointment date then I also require 24 hours notice. Clients who do not follow this cancellation policy will be billed in full for all booked appointments.

Yes, please make sure you have made payment and have sent me a proof of payment before your appointment commences.

At this present moment, I do not work with clients who have eating disorders. This is because to legally do so as a nutritional therapist the practitioner has to do an add on course that specialises in this area which I have not done.

Yes, because all my clients are seen virtually and I am covered by my insurance to legally do so.
