Ingredients
- 1 banana (peeled)
- 1 cup dairy-free milk (coconut is amazing!)
- 3-4 tablespoons nut butter (peanut or almond butter work really well)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats (optional)
- 1/2 cup of spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender.
- After 1-2 minutes your smoothie is ready when it is super smooth. (Add more milk and less nut butter if you don’t want it too thick).
