Real Fruit Ice Lollies Recipe – Dairy & Gluten Free

A healthy and home-made sweet treats for kids and adults alike.

Forgot about store bought ice lollies that contain added sugar that is linked to heart disease, when you can make your own healthy ones in less than five minutes flat!

Recipe for Real Fruit Ice Lollies

  • 1 cup of fresh organic strawberries
  • 1 cup organic almond milk
  • 2 cups of organic apple juice
  1. Take all the ingredients and blend them. 
  2. Once finished, pour the liquid into your ice lolly moulds.
  3. Freeze for 3 hours and then enjoy on a hot summers day!

This recipe doesn’t have to be so rigid with the ingredients, and leaves it optional for the fruit and juice flavours that you wish to add in, or may in fact have left over waiting to be used up. Also, you don’t even need the almond milk. I simply used this as I wanted a creamy texture to my ice lollies that was dairy free.
