50ml bottle Truly Moroccan Argan Oil

I was recently sent a sample bottle of Truly Moroccan Argan Oil to try. I had never used Argan Oil before so it was great to be sent something new to try for external skin health.

How I used the Argan Oil:

  • on my body after a shower as a moisturiser. I would use it alone or mixed with a small bit of body cream. When added to a bit of cream it helped the Argan Oil go further, and acted like an emulsifier enabling the oil to be penetrated deeper into my skin.
  • a few drops on my face at night – also added to a little day cream for better penetration of nutrients.
  • on the ends of my hair before shampooing as a pre-conditioner.

Results of Using Truly Moroccan Argan Oil:

I was absolutely thrilled with this product. Although it is an ‘oil’ it never made my face break out in spots, so this should put many of your minds at rest! It left the skin on my face feeling nourished every morning so I was happy that it had reached the deeper layers of my skin which really needs the fantastic nutrients promised to be in the Argan Oil. The nutrients that have been linked to preventing aging, treating dry skin and treating many other skin conditions. It was winter when I tried the Argan Oil, so I really felt my skin was stressed out and dry – the best time to sample this oil!

The same goes for the skin on my body and the ends of my hair. Both felt much softer after using it, as I had been cranking the heating up most days during winter!

Truly Moroccan claim this oil to be one of the purest oils on the market, and that it is not chemically extracted or deodorised. I feel I can believe them on all of these claims, as the Argan Oil smelt very nutty and natural. As if it had not been tampered with or stripped.

The natural smell also made up part of why I loved the product – it smelt natural and felt natural. Like I was soaking myself in exotic and lavish Moroccan goodness every time I used it.

Extremely rich in vitamin E and antioxidants,  Argan oil is believed to help all sorts of skin conditions naturally: dry skin, acne, psoriasis, eczema, wrinkles. Because of this many commercial skin care companies are adding it to their products. However these products usually also contain harsh, toxic ingredients alongside the natural Argan Oil. But another positive point about this brands Argan Oil is that it contains 100% Argan Oil – no other junk that may actually contribute towards aging rather than prevent it!

Truly Moroccan Argan Oil is stored in a dark glass bottle – so no chance of any toxic ingredients in plastic leaching into this precious and pure face and body oil! I read an article not long ago stating that some experts believe it takes only 26 seconds for the things we put on our skin to reach the bloodstream! Eish! So choose your skin products wisely! Plus, it is not tested on animals – this is very important to me and is my first choice when choosing products, even coming ahead of organic ingredients.

Overall:

I loved this product and will be keeping it as part of my beauty regime for the foreseeable future!
